I'm a Loyalty Rewards Club member. Will I earn points for my online purchases?

Yes! If you use the same phone number or email that is associated with your membership, the points will be automatically added. The number needs to match exactly, however, so if your account does not have the area code included in your phone number, it may not match up. If you aren't certain or want to check, email us at orders@ashcombe.com and we can check for you.

Can I use my Ashcombe Gift Card on the online store?

Unfortunately, this functionality is not available. Gift cards can only be used for in-store purchases.

Does the senior discount apply if I shop on a Tuesday?

The senior discount is only available for in-store shopping.

If I want something that's not available on the online store, can I call and have it added to my order?

I'm sorry, we are not able to combine in-store and online purchases. Certainly, you can submit an online order and then do additional shopping in-store when you come to pick it up.

When can I expect my delivery?

We are striving to deliver orders within two business days, not including weekends. High volumes of deliveries may cause our timeframes to be slightly longer. You do not need to be at home to accept the delivery. 

I'm doing pickup. Where do I get my order?

When you arrive, you can call the store and let us know you're here. Then we can meet you by the front gate with your order on a cart. We do have a curbside pickup parking spot next to the handicap parking. If you're unable to come to the gate or come inside, we can take the order out to you. You can also come into the store and let any staff member know you're here for a pickup.
